Keith Prowse, the UK’s leading hospitality provider, are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our Edgbaston team in delivering this year’s Cricket World Cup hospitality.

- 25 June – 26 June
- 29 June – 30 June
- 1 July – 2 July
- 10 July – 11 July
In addition to the dates listed above you may also be required to attend a maximum of two further training days, dates TBC.
The key accountabilities of this role include:
- Ensure all hospitality areas are set as per the catering specification
- Brief and manage all match day facility managers and event hosts
- Liaise with catering IC’s to ensure a flawless service across all areas is provided
- Act as a liaison between the hospitality areas and the control room on match day
- Communicate all maintenance and security requirements in a time efficient manner
- Liaise and assist with customer requirements and queries on-day
- Be aware of and compliant with all Compass health and safety policies
- To perform any other duties as required
The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to:
- Demonstrable experience of working in both a hospitality and catering environment
- Sports hospitality experience preferred but not essential Motivate and manage hospitality staff effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Work well under pressure Manage multiple tasks
- Communicate at all levels Work well in a team environment whilst working from your own initiative
