How do I buy tickets to LIV Golf London?
You can choose and book your hospitality experience on our LIV Golf London event page.
Here you will be able to view all available packages and facilities and book directly online via our basket and checkout facility.
Do you send tickets in the post?
We issue digital tickets for this event. Detailed instructions of how to do this will be emailed to the booker prior to their visit.
When will I get my tickets?
You will receive your tickets from two weeks before the event.
Digital tickets can be downloaded via the TIXR app, or with the PDF ticket sent via email. These can be scanned directly from a mobile phone or printed and brought with you.
What happens if I have a guest name change?
Please update any guest details through your MyAccount portal. If you need to change a guest after the 3rd July, please contact your account manager.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Tickets can be forwarded on to someone else at any time before you enter the course. Once you have entered, that ticket is linked to that guest as each ticket will have a unique serial number. Once this has been scanned, the ticket will become inactive.
Can I leave the course and come back in?
There is no re-entry once you have left the course.

How far is hospitality from the course?
Each facility is right next to the action, with facilities overlooking key holes and greens throughout the course.
Do I have access to a car park?
Club 54 guests will have access to parking on site. Guests in Birdie Shack and The Gallery Club will be able to use the park and ride service with parking off-site.

What to wear to LIV Golf London?
There is no dress code for LIV Golf London, however, please ensure you bring appropriate clothing for the weather (come rain or shine!).
Where is the best place to meet my guests?
The best place to meet your guests would be in the facility.
Can I bring bags? What can I bring?
You are able to bring a small backpack sized bag, however, please be aware that there are no luggage storage facilities on site, and bags should not be left attended.
LIV Golf is a cashless event. Concession and merchandise sales will not allow cash payments.
Is there a minimum age restriction to attend the LIV Golf London?
Hospitality tickets are required for all guests 3 years of age and older

Who should I inform if my guests or I have dietary requirements?
Please update your MyAccount portal no later than 2 weeks before the event, with details or any dietary or access requirements you or your guests may have.
Do you employ official photographers on event day?
We occasionally employ the services of professional photographers/videographers to capture hospitality images for use by Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but is not limited to the following, our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of staff if you wish to be exempt from this activity.
Do I need to do anything before the event?
Please keep a record of the ticket serial number issued to each guest in case any item is lost. Tickets cannot be duplicated if the above information is not provided should a ticket be lost.
All guests must bring valid photo ID (for example a driving licence or passport) with them on day and have their tickets ready for scanning (either from a mobile device or printed).
You should submit any access and dietary requirements at least 2 weeks before attending.
Ensure all guests have read our FAQs and planned their travel to the event, as road closures or transport delays may affect plans.
What happens if bad weather stops play?
If fewer than two hours of play are held on the day in question, ticket holders will receive one of the following:
- A full refund of the value of the grounds pass only;
- A partial refund of the value of the grounds pass only, having taken into account the benefits enjoyed by HOLDER prior to play being halted;
- The opportunity to attend the rescheduled LIV Golf Event or exchange Tickets for a comparable ticket to an alternative day at the LIV Golf Event
Golf Etiquette
Whilst LIV Golf is louder than other tours, there is certain etiquette that needs to be followed while attending the tournament
- Stand still and remain quiet when a player is about to hit the ball and until the shot has been completed.
- “Hands in the air” means stop and be quiet while golfers are playing their shots.
- Do not stand behind or in line with a golfer’s lie or line to pin.
- Never cross fairways, except at designated crossover areas marked by signage.
- Ensure any mobile device has been placed in silent mode when on the tournament grounds.
- Follow the directions of the tournament marshals.
- *Spectators Will Be Removed Immediately Without Warning For:
- Disruptive/ antisocial Behaviour
- Refusal to obey quiet signs or signals
