The Wimbledon Foundation is the charity of The All England Lawn Tennis Club and The Championships. Established in 2013, the Foundation aims to help improve people’s lives on a local, national and international scale, using the resources and heritage of Wimbledon.
With more than £1.8 million expended on charitable activities this year, the Foundation has, yet again, seen another year of growth and success. Below is some of the key highlights from their efforts in 2019:
Andy Vinsen, Managing Director of Keith Prowse, says “As a business, we are committed to contributing to worthwhile community projects and, taking into consideration our long-standing association with The All England Lawn Tennis Club, we feel that an annual financial contribution to the Wimbledon Foundation is an important and meaningful step.”
At Keith Prowse, we are not only proud to be the official hospitality provider at The Championships, but we consider The Foundation in every effort. That’s why for every hospitality package we sell, £5 is donated straight to The Foundation, helping it in continuing to fund these valuable projects over the coming years.
