Chef Appreciation Week

September 13, 2021

The 12th to the 18th September 2021 marks Chef Appreciation Week, so we wanted to take the opportunity to introduce some of the talented chefs that we work with in our hospitality facilities across some of our greatest sporting events. Food is an integral part of any event and is an element that guests place such a great importance on. Chefs are the driving force behind the delicious and beautifully presented food, where their dedication, creativity, and passion for cooking shines through every dish they create, constantly testing their artistic flare to produce innovate menus.

This multi-experiential facility provides guests with a classic four-course British inspired menu, combined with tastes from the opposing nation to create a unique dining experience, all served with a contemporary twist.

Tom Sellers is Chef Patron of 2 Michelin-star Restaurant Story and will be the chef working on our new immersive and progressive hospitality experience, The Treehouse - launching at The Championships, Wimbledon 2022. Tom has trained with some of the world’s greatest chefs, including René Redzepi at noma and Tom Aikens. At Restaurant Story, he uses fresh, seasonal, British ingredients to create his menu, supported by a narrative that brings his inspiration and vision for each plate to life. At The Treehouse, Tom will be creating an innovative menu of roaming plates which offer a fun, modern take on traditional dishes designed to enhance the sociable and relaxed atmosphere.
