Baseline - Baseline is a new and exciting offering at Eastbourne, and a concept that Keith Prowse has not yet done before, in being an English style brunch buffet. Expect a take on Eggs Benedict, all your favourite pastries and more, all washed down with a glass of Bucks Fizz. The perfect fuel for a day at the tennis!
Love Fifteen - the Love Fifteen concept at The Queen's Club is coming to Eastbourne for 2023! A beautiful three-course summer lunch; a real stand out is the Main Course chicken dish, which gives a real pop of colour and has the most incredible flavours, from the buttery asparagus to the subtle hint of truffle, which both perfectly compliment the chicken.
The Sky Lounge - the crown jewels of hospitality at Eastbourne, as it boasts a breakfast reception, three-course a la carte menu and afternoon tea. Look out wonderful array of canapés such as the torched yuzu salmon and croquettes, or the pan-fried sea bream main course, served with cockles and summer greens - you really will feel like you're by the coast with these options!
