How to get there:
By Car
If you are planning on traveling to The Championships, Wimbledon by car there are a couple of different options.
A Park and Ride service is running for the duration of The Championships. You can park in Morden Park, located on the A24 – SM4 5QU.
There is also the option to park closer, at the AELTC grounds. If you have booked hospitality, please contact your account manager to purchase a Car Park Pass. If you have not booked hospitality, more information on how to purchase a Car Parking Pass can be found on the AA’s website.
If you are just being dropped off by car, you will need a ‘Drop Off Pass’ to gain access into Car Park 5 and Car Park 6. You will find these within your online Event Guide - or simply ask your Account Manager!
Cheam Limousines are a luxury chauffeur service which are bookable if you would like to be picked up and transported to The Championships. Their services are included for our Skyview Suites and Players' Tables hospitality guests only, but are a trusted company in which we work with.
Please note: in cases of high foot-traffic, Church Road may be closed to all vehicles - road delays are to be expected during Wimbledon Fortnight.
By Public Transport
There a number of ways to get to The Championships, Wimbledon via public transport:
By Tube - Southfields Station (District Line) – 15 min walk to the ground.
By Tube, By Train, By Tram - Wimbledon Station (District Line, South Western Rail and London Trams) – 20 mins walk to the ground.
By Tube - Wimbledon Park Station (District Line) – 25 min walk to ground.
A dedicated service for The Championships runs from Wimbledon Station to the grounds. A single and return trip can be purchased. Return busses leave from outside gate 11A on Somerset Road.
Please note that the 493 TfL bus service is redirected during The Championships via Bathgate Road, Queensmere Road, Parkside and High Street Wimbledon.
By Bike
Bicycle parking is available in Car Park 6 and 10 and is free of charge. Bicycles left at other locations may be removed. All bicycles are left at the owner’s risk.
