What to Expect at The Championships, Wimbledon 2025

June 11, 2025

So - what can you expect from an official premium experience at The Championships, Wimbledon 2025? Well, think of even more highly elevated facilities, refreshed menus, a brand-new experience empowering women in both sport and business – and not to mention more historic tennis action, as King Carlos Alcaraz vies for a three-peat on Centre Court!

It’s ever-so-important to us at Keith Prowse - the Experience Experts - to continually innovate and improve the experience our guests have with us at Wimbledon, whether that be refreshing the menus in the facilities, updating the interiors and giving our spaces a makeover...or adding a new experience all together.

A quick look back at 2024

Now, for those of us who are lucky enough to have attended Wimbledon in-person previously, we don’t need to tell you just how prestigious, iconic and quintessentially British it is. But, for those of you who might not have attended with official hospitality before, you might not be aware of how it can elevate your experience into something greater than just an exceptional day out at the tennis.

Never resting on our laurels, following the closing of Michelin Star Chef Michel Roux's iconic Mayfair restaurant, we launched Le Gavroche at The Lawn for Wimbledon 2024 - the next chapter of an already storied partnership between the Roux family, Keith Prowse and AELTC. It's a relationship that's spanned multiple years since the Roux brothers opened the original Le Gavroche in 1967; the first Michelin star - then two, then three star - restaurant in the UK, was taken over by Michel Roux in 1991. Keith Prowse and the Roux family joined forces to launch 'The Gatsby Club' at Wimbledon 20 years later, rebranded in 2019 as 'The Lawn' - the facility within which, as you can perhaps tell, is now home to Le Gavroche at Wimbledon.

Guests indulged in vintage Champagne in an intimately premium space, and enjoyed Assiette du Chef plus the famed Le Gavroche Cheese Trolley - so much so that this experience attained a 90% NPS (Net Promoter Score), which is largely unprecedented in any experience's inaugural year...a true testament to the iconic team behind the original Le Gavroche restaurant who joined forces with our own Experience Experts onsite at SW19! This experience was shortlisted at the Sport Industry Group Awards for 2024.

So what’s new for Wimbledon 2025?

Here at Keith Prowse, we are extremely proud to now offer our guests not one, not two but SIX unrivalled hospitality facilities at Wimbledon - not to mention the various private and or semi-private dining options within - and we’re going to walk you through what’s new with and within some of them in 2025!

HerStory at Tennis

With the rise of women's sport inspiring all of us, Keith Prowse noticed a gap in the hospitality marketplace - what if we could launch a portable, scalable premium experience that championed women in sports and sports business, and provided everybody in attendance with exactly what they told us they wanted from this kind of hospitality experience; take-home education (via an AM and PM insights session, featuring AELTC Chief Executive Sally Bolton OBE), giving back to powerful charitable initiatives (profits benefit the amazing work of the Wimbledon Foundation in Merton, Wandsworth and beyond) plus sustainability at every feasible corner, sip and bite. Enter HerStory at Tennis, in it's inaugural year - hosted by former British No.1 Laura Robson, within a beautiful No.1 Court Suite!

Top tip: Check out the stunning balcony, overlooking the famed Wimbledon Grounds and florals!

Treehouse

Now in its fourth year, innovation and excitement still firmly sit at the very core of everything we showcase in our premium-informal Treehouse experience - and you will have to see this year's refreshed and expanded facility, now open until 9pm, to be believed! Immerse yourself in a traditional 'sweet shoppe' experience, in-collaboration with @MrSimms_UK, plus a SLIDE - yes, you read that right - from the Treehouse into The Lawn garden! We cannot wait to see your photos and videos on social...

Top tip: Charlotte Tilbury’s fantastic makeup artists will be back in the Treehouse pamper room for 2025, enabling our guests to both slay and stay flawless - all day long. Make sure you tag us (@KeithProwseUK) and @charlottetilburyskincare on social for your chance to be reshared!

The Lawn

With a menu designed, curated and delivered by the amazing Father-Daughter combo of Michel Roux and Emily Roux, we will again have a truly extraordinary showcase of gastronomical excellence in The Lawn this year. With staple favourites such as the seafood platter, prepare for exquisite food delivered with a touch of Roux magic - complimented by bespoke drinks and cocktails curated with the likes of @Bacardi_UK spirits at the bar, as you meander into the English garden. You will notice a delightful facility refresh as soon as you walk in to The Lawn this year - which is excitingly also now open until 9pm, offering further premium value for yourself and your guests!

Top tip: Head down past the giant screen within the garden to the semi-hidden cigar and whiskey bar! Alternatively, how about a glass of summery sustainably harvested @pink_diesel Provence Rosé?

Rosewater Pavilion

Within the famed Grounds, at the award-winning premium+ Rosewater Pavilion - with an exciting facility refresh that we cannot wait to show you - we again welcome back the world-renowned Michelin Star chef, Marcus Wareing. Marcus will be overseeing and mentoring the Rosewater chef's throughout all 14 days, with a very special treat for the final four days to toast Finals Weekend. The menu takes modern, sustainable, seasonal British inspiration that you would expect to see from Marcus and his recent work with the BBC - and judging from the tasting menus we sampled earlier in the year, you are all in for an absolute culinary delight with every bite.

Top tip: The Rosewater Pavilion will again be home to the famed Venus Rosewater Dish throughout the tournament, giving our guests the unique opportunity to take photos of and with one of two versions of this iconic Ladies Singles trophy.

Get Closer to the Action

Now we can’t talk about what’s happening at Wimbledon 2025 – strawberries & cream plus Henman Hill/ Murray Mound/ Norrie Knoll aside - without mentioning the tennis itself, of course!

Can Coco Gauff take her French Open form onto the hallowed grass - or will this finally be fan-favourite Ons Jabeur's year at Wimbledon? Can London local Jack Draper deliver an ever-coveted British win at arguably the most iconic British sporting event in the global calendar - or is Alcaraz on for the aforementioned three-peat? There have been lots of changes in the tennis world recently – retirements and fresh talent on and off the courts - and if the 2025 action so far is anything to go by, we are all in for an absolute sporting feast!

There's always next year!

Speaking of menus, tennis and sparkly new additions, has this whetted your appetite for next year already? Wimbledon hospitality, one of the only ways to guarantee court tickets on your date of choice, alongside the aforementioned V-VIP hospitality, has experienced exceptional demand this year once again - we're pretty much now sold out, with just a couple of options remaining...and Wimbledon 2026 is expected to be just as popular!
