Keith Prowse introduce VAT toggle functionality on website to allow customers to view prices of experiences excluding VAT or including VAT to improve customer journey.
The business of getting together has never been so valued as we continue to relish making personal connections. In terms of engagement, our experiences on average encompass seven plus hours of face-time, hence we’ve had the privilege of seeing our sales-base grow significantly post-COVID, especially in the B2C space.
As such, and needing to appeal to a broader audience than was once the case, we have a website roadmap for change and the first enhancement will be rolled out on 9 October 2023. Customers browsing keithprowse.co.uk will have the opportunity to personalise their time on the site, to show packages displayed with prices including VAT or excluding VAT. This aims to improve transparency and enable customers to view experiences based on the final price that will be paid, rather than solely viewing experiences that exclude VAT and reveal the final price to pay at checkout.
Whilst we’ve always broken down net and gross prices at basket, checkout and within invoices, and the latter are saved and easily accessible via the My Account section on our website, you can now adjust the default view of price excluding VAT to show price including VAT depending on your needs and preferences:
To make the switch, you simply have to adjust the toggle on the ribbon header; your preferred default view will then change and be saved within My Account/Preferences (and you can readjust your preferred view at any time).
