What to Expect at UTS London

UTS Grand Final London is returning this December for more fast, furious and exciting tennis action. We’re giving you the complete guide, so you have everything you need to know before the big event that might just be your perfect pre-Christmas day out!

The confirmed, star-studded player lineup is: Andrey Rublev, Holger Rune, Ugo Humbert, Gael Monfils, Alex de Minaur, Alexander Bublik, Denis Shapovalov and Thanasi Kokkinakis!

What is UTS?

UTS is tennis’ newest, most innovative and fast-paced tennis tournament that is a reinvention of the game as we know it. With a loosened player and spectator code of conduct, more crowd interaction and exciting innovations such as sudden death points and live music during the matches, it’s certainly one to highlight in the tennis calendar.

When is the UTS Grand Final 2024?

The UTS Grand Final London is taking place from 6 - 8 December 2024 - right here in the capital - at London's Copper Box Arena.

How do I get to the Copper Box Arena?

The Copper Box Arena is accessible using a number of modes of transport. The venue is located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London, E20 3HB. Public transport is the best and easiest way to get to the Park, by train, underground, bus, or bike.

By Rail

The nearest overground station is Hackney Wick (just a 5 minute walk away). The closest underground station is Stratford (just a 15 minute walk away). Stratford International station is a 10 minute walk away, and St Pancras International and Kings Cross stations are just seven minutes away by train to Stratford International. 

By Bus

The venue is also accessible by bus. The 388 runs every 10 minutes from Stratford bus station to Blackfriars station, and it stops directly outside the Copper Box Arena (stops M and N). 

By Bike

The Santander Cycles docking station is located outside the centre, and there are over 140 cycle racks outside the Copper Box Arena.

By Car

There is limited parking available at the Copper Box Arena - please check parking availability before you travel, otherwise there is lots of parking available in the nearby Westfield Shopping Centre. The M25 is only a 25 minute drive away.

What time should I arrive to the Copper Box Arena, for UTS London?

Doors open at differing times throughout the tournament:

- Friday 6th @ 4pm
- Saturday 7th @ 12pm midday
- Sunday 8th @ 1:30pm

What should I - or shouldn't I bring to UTS London?

Please do bring photo ID to the venue. The following items are not allowed inside the venue - as per the Copper Box Arena's terms and conditions:

- Dangerous items or items that may cause disruptions to events (e.g. knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, bottles, glasses, cans, flags, banners, poles or any other similar disruptive or illegal items)
- Illegal substances or drugs - e-cigarettes and smoking is not permitted throughout the arena
- No animals unless assistance dogs
- Large bags or rucksacks
- Big cameras (except with accreditation)
- Signs or banners that obstruct the view of other spectators and players
- Noise-generating devices (e.g. compressed air horns)
- Laser pointers
- Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
- Helmets
- No food or drink is permitted into the arena

When will I get my hospitality tickets to UTS London?

You will receive your tickets via email as soon as we have them, a little closer to the event.

What can I expect within hospitality at UTS London? 

Great question! To compliment your premium seats and various hospitality package nuances, you can indulge in a selection of wines, Crate Brewery beers and non-alcoholic options such as juices, sodas, mineral waters, tea and coffee and also non-alcoholic beers. Food-wise, this varies by day, but a sample menu can be found below:

- A selection of snacks upon arrival
- Burrito or Bao Bun Bar, with vegan options of course
- A selection of desserts - from Toffee and Date sponge cake, to Pastel de Nata
- Late-evening grazing boards, including an array of cured meats, cheeses, freshly baked bread and chutney/ sauces
