We’ve had an action packed few months of sport already this year, especially when it comes to cricket. We’ve seen drama in the domestic tournaments – Vitality Blast and The Hundred, as well as on the international side of the sport, where England have faced off at home against Pakistan and more recently – the West Indies.
As the
Official Hospitality Partners at Edgbaston Stadium, here at Keith Prowse we’ve had the pleasure of curating some exceptional experiences over the last few months, pair that with the epic head-to-head encounters we’ve had on the pitch, and you’ve got yourself a match made in heaven.
In this piece, we will take a closer look at our VIP experience highlights from the last few months and what we have coming up in 2025.
2024 match and hospitality recap
The highly anticipated IT20 match against the renowned Pakistan team was the perfect way to start the international season at
Edgbaston Stadium. We had
Glynn Purnell back once again cooking in the Warwickshire Suite – his menu was carefully curated for the occasion and went down an absolute treat.
England’s men’s team emerged victorious with a 23-run victory over Pakistan and Jofra Archer took two wickets in his first appearance for England in more than a year.
England’s women were up next against Pakistan’s Women in an IT20 match. It’s safe to say England had a more turbulent start to their opener at Edgbaston Stadium but wicket-keeper Amy Jones, who also made her 100th IT20 appearance for England, had an absolute stormer and England managed to secure a 53-run victory. We had a fantastic adult and child experience available for our guests to enjoy in the Warwickshire Suite. Guests were able to watch the match from their premium match seats on Level 3 of the South Stand and benefit from a 2-course dining experience, interval snacks and private space to relax in during the intervals.
Now to more recent times, England welcomed the West Indies to Birmingham for a fantastic three-days of action. The sun was shining, and our guests were making the most of our outdoor hospitality experiences and features. The Skyline was bringing the vibes as guests were sipping on Aperol spritz and making the most of the rooftop DJ. Experience Club guests were making good use of the Experience Club Balcony aka a gorgeous little suntrap on Level 2 of the South Stand, and our 501* guests loved the new Juliette balcony within the facility which enabled guests to feel part of the action whilst enjoying all the benefits of hospitality.
England were also able to secure yet another win against the Windies (by 10 wickets!), taking them to 3-0 for the series, and ensuring a series win.
Looking ahead to 2025
We have yet another exceptional line-up in store for 2025 at
Edgbaston Stadium.
England are set to host an ODI at the end of May, and then will welcome the infamous India for a Test Match in early July (Wednesday 2 – Sunday 6 July 2025).
Keith Prowse will be providing Official VIP Experiences at both matches and we are delighted to be offering a selection of packages to suit all needs and wants.
