In light of International Chef Appreciation Week, we thought it only right to give a shoutout to some of the amazing culinary geniuses that we work with across our events.
These Chefs are at the heartbeat of everything we do here at Keith Prowse, and help us make our experiences world-class and exceptionally special.
Michel & Emily Roux – we are fortunate enough to have been working alongside the Roux family dynasty for many years now – that includes working with Michel and Emily currently, but also the late great Albert Roux before that. We recently launched the very exciting
Le Gavroche at The Lawn, which we can’t wait to welcome back to
The Championships in 2025, alongside our award-winning
Lawn experience. Le Gavroche was the first UK restaurant to achieve 3 Michelin Stars – so we’re in good hands with this father-daughter duo!
Marcus Wareing – a man who needs no introduction. Keith Prowse have been working alongside the Michelin Star MasterChef and culinary icon that is Mr Marcus Wareing for two years now – soon to be three in 2025. Marcus curates and delivers the Finals weekend menu at
Wimbledon, in the
Rosewater Pavilion - and what a show shopper of a menu it always is!
Tom Sellers – Chef Patron of Restaurant Story, 2 Michelin-Starred Tom Sellers has been working his magic in our
Treehouse experience for three glorious years that it has been open. He brings excitement, innovation and a whole lot of taste to our Treehouse guests!
Glynn Purnell – think energy, character and delicious dishes, it’s the Yummy Brummie of course! Here at Keith Prowse, we’re proud to work with the talented Glynn Purnell of Michelin Star restaurant Purnell’s on our major match day offering at the iconic
Edgbaston Stadium. From late bites and afternoon tea to a three-course seasonal menu – Glynn has helped elevate our prestigious
Warwickshire Suite offering since 2023.
Tommy Banks – cooking in our East Wing facility since 2022, 2 Michelin Star Tommy Banks helps create and deliver some inspiring major match day menus at
Allianz Stadium, Twickenham - and is the perfect pairing for the upcoming New Zealand fixture this Autumn!
Thomas Rhodes – as Executive Head Chef at
Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, Tom has over 10 years’ worth of extraordinary experience at the venue. He oversees delivery, helps with creation and advises on menu choices for all of our fantastic experiences at the stadium.
Tom Kerridge – not only is Tom Kerridge a 2 Michelin Star Chef, he is also a big character and a dedicated rugby fan! The Lock restaurant is one of The East Stand dining spaces at
Allianz Stadium and you’ll find Tom cooking up a storm there for most England major match days!
Lisa Goodwin-Allen – introducing The East Wing’s first female chef! We are delighted to be working with Michelin Star Lisa in The East Wing facility for England v Australia this November. Not only is Lisa one of the most innovative, exciting chefs of our generation - but her experience in the culinary world is also world-class!
Please join us in celebrating all of our wonderful and talented Chefs for #ChefAppreciationWeek – thank you for your continued support and roll on the 2024-2025 season!
