Steven Lamb is not only a fantastic chef but also an award-winning author and culinary consultant. He teaches and presents cookery courses across the UK.

Where it all began

Steven’s food journey spans over 20 years and first began when he joined the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage team.

After beginning his career in media, Steven quickly learned and nurtured his talent in the kitchen and is now an internationally renowned smoking and curing specialist.

Not only that, but Steven has now also authored two award winning books including River Cottage: Cheese & Diary and River Cottage: Curing & Smoking.
