In March, Chefs Table UK returns to the iconic QEII Centre in Westminster to bring together an extraordinary collection of culinary talent for one night only. It’s a unique, grand dining extravaganza set in the heart of London, offering one of the most distinctive multi-Michelin-starred dining experiences out there.
Designed as an immersive dining experience, Chefs Table UK places creativity, interaction and storytelling at its core, making it a standout event for food lovers, Chef enthusiasts and those seeking a truly memorable luxury dining experience. It’s where you can interact with the chefs behind the menu, and what the dishes come to life in front of your very eyes!
24 renowned chefs from across the UK come together in one room. Each chef will host six tables over the course of the evening, preparing six courses each. Each table will have a different chef per course, allowing guests to get up close and interact with six of their dedicated chefs over the course of the evening.
Thanks to its open, sociable layout, guests can form connections and spark conversation easily whilst watching the chefs hard at work - perfect for those seeking something a little different to entertain key clients and partners (it’s a business dinner that is guaranteed to impress!)
At the heart of this event is its remarkable roster of chefs, bringing together some of the most respected names in British and European gastronomy. Innovation, sustainability and boundary-breaking dishes are what these talented chefs will be focused on - let’s meet them!
Among those cooking on the night is foodie favourite, Tom Kerridge. Tom is the mastermind behind The Hand & Flowers, the first pub in the world to earn two Michelin stars. Known for elevating British classics, Kerridge’s cooking is bold, refined and deeply flavour-led.
Brett Graham is also confirmed - chef-patron of The Ledbury, one of London’s most acclaimed restaurants and recently awarded three Michelin stars. His approach champions exceptional British produce and sustainable ingredients.
Ollie Dabbous, known for his minimalist, ingredient-focused cooking at Michelin-starred Hide, brings a contemporary style shaped by experience in some of the world’s most influential kitchens including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Hibiscus, and Mugaritz.
Bryn Williams, a leading voice in modern British cuisine, adds dishes rooted in seasonality and classical technique. Training under Marco Pierre White and Michel Roux Jr, Bryn now runs Porth Eirias in North Wales and rose to fame on Great British Menu by cooking for the Queen’s 80th birthday.
Will Devlin, chef-owner of Michelin Green Star restaurant The Small Holding, represents a true farm-to-fork philosophy, with menus driven by hyper-seasonal produce.
Rising star Ben Murphy, former National Chef of the Year, brings a modern European style shaped by Michelin-starred kitchens in the UK, France and New York.
Sabrina Gidda - British chef, author and hospitality consultant – offers bold, eclectic, globally inspired flavours blending heritage and innovation. Twice a Roux Scholarship finalist, she has led kitchens at Bernardi’s and AllBright and appeared on Great British Menu.
Internationally acclaimed chef Richard van Oostenbrugge joins the line-up - Dutch Michelin-starred chef and co-owner of acclaimed Amsterdam restaurant – is known for a fine-dining style.
Erik van Loo is the two-Michelin-starred chef-owner of Parkheuvel in Rotterdam, renowned for his modern French cuisine. His son, Juliën van Loo, joined the kitchen to bring a contemporary twist to the restaurant’s classic style.
Dutch chef Jef Schuur is the owner of Bij Jef on Texel Island, and holds a Michelin star. His cooking emphasises local produce and seasonal flavours, blending modern techniques with a deep respect for regional ingredients.
Two-Michelin-starred Soenil Bahadoer will further elevate the evening, known for his vibrant fusion of French techniques with Surinamese and global influences.
Fabio Haebel is a German chef renowned for his creative, ingredient-driven cuisine. Based in Hamburg, he runs Haebel, a Michelin-starred restaurant offering contemporary European tasting menus.
Gary Townsend is a Scottish chef who prides himself on refined modern British cooking. He has worked in several Michelin-starred kitchens and is known for his leadership roles in top restaurants across the UK.
Guests who experienced the 2025 edition of Chefs Table UK enjoyed something far removed from a traditional restaurant setting. The atmosphere was vibrant yet refined, combining Michelin-starred cooking with a relaxed, social format. Building on that success, Chefs Table UK returns this March to the QEII Centre in Westminster. Aside from the food, there’s an English sparkling wine reception, low and no-alcohol options, quality wines and excellent entertainment. The chefs will also be sharing their insights across the evening, and there’s a raffle and auction - all in aid of the fantastic charity, Hospitality Action.
