The Queen’s Club in West Kensington is one of the most prestigious tennis clubs in England, and is host to the annual men’s tournament, the LTA Championships at Queen’s Club – ATP500 that takes place in June.
But wow do we have some exciting news to bring you….
There’s a brand-new
WTA event coming to Queen’s for the first time ever! The women’s event will take place at the club the week before the existing men’s tournament, the week after the second Grand Slam of the year, Roland Garros. This will be the first women’s tennis event to come be held at the Queen’s Club since 1973, so will be a very welcome return. And, it’s us who will be the exclusive hospitality provider for this incredibly exciting addition to the grass-court calendar!
The women’s game attracts some of the best tennis players in the world and this is the perfect tournament to add to the already fantastic lineup of women’s tennis events in the British grass court season.
The addition of the tournament aims to raise the profile of top-level tennis and reduce the gap between the clay-court and grass-court season after Roland Garros – yes, mark your calendars as the WTA event at Queen’s will be taking place from
9 – 15 June 2025.
Extending our premium hospitality at The Queen’s Club
Keith Prowse is the Official Hospitality Partner of the LTA Championships at Queen’s Club – ATP500, and we’re delighted to be able to expand our experience offering at the club to the WTA tour too. The beloved Love Fifteen and Club Lounge experiences that guests at the ATP500 tournament have grown to know and love will feature as some of the premium experiences on offer, in addition to the President’s Room located in the prestigious Clubhouse.
Love Fifteen is our more relaxed experience with rustic interiors that reflect the tennis. It will offer guests a premium buffet dining experience to enjoy, making for the perfect space to socialise and refuel between tennis viewing on the iconic Andy Murray Arena. Club Lounge and President’s Room will mirror the offerings of the ATP event, offering a summer-inspired, plated dining experience.
Which players will be competing?
Whilst we can’t announce what players will be taking part in 2025 as this will come closer to the event, we can eagerly await the line-up and countdown to summer. At the Rothesay International Eastbourne tournament in 2024, seven of the ten best women’s tennis players competed, so we have high hopes that the WTA tournament at Queen’s will serve up the same calibre of players and follow in its footsteps. Being held at such a beautiful, historic and prestigious tennis club will certainly draw exceptional level of players, and as it’s the inaugural edition of this exciting new tournament, we’re hopeful that it will be a hit!
