How do I book hospitality for Queen’s?
You can choose and book your hospitality experience - at either the WTA women's or ATP men's event - on our Queen's Club venue page. Here you will be able to view all available packages and facilities and book directly online via our basket and checkout facility.

Do you send court tickets in the post?
All of the tickets for your booking will be allocated to your lead booker/host via the LTA Courtside app, prior to the event. The lead booker/host will then need to forward each digital ticket to each attending guest. All guests must present their digital ticket on their device to gain access to the grounds and hospitality areas. This digital ticket will also be your Andy Murray Arena (Centre Court) ticket. Detailed instructions of how to download the digital tickets via the LTA Courtside app can be found here.
When will I receive my documentation?
Digital tickets will be issued to the lead booker/host approximately 10 days prior to the event, via the LTA Courtside app. Detailed instructions of how to download the digital tickets will be emailed to the booker in advance of attending.

No, digital tickets cannot be printed - they must be scanned directly from a mobile device.
Can you ensure that my ticket seats will all be together?
We endeavour to seat all guests together.
What happens if I have a guest name change?
If guest names change, you can update in My Account up to 24 hours prior to attendance. If the deadline has passed, please submit as soon as possible and contact your Account Manager to advise them of the changes.
Am I allowed to leave Queen’s and allow a colleague or friend to replace me in the afternoon?
You can leave and re-enter the grounds yourself. You will need to collect a wristband from a Security team member on exiting the grounds. Please be aware you will be handed the wristband only when leaving the venue, and not before.
In order to be re-admitted you will need to show both the wristband and a valid digital ticket. You will be subject to security searches again when re-entering the venue.
