1.These terms and conditions set out the terms relating to the redemption of Promotional Discount Code (Discount Code: WTA200) - giving £200 discount against VIP experiences at the LTA Championships at Queen's Club - WTA500 off of the total booking value. Please note that our standard terms and conditions of purchase (and ticket Terms & Conditions, where relevant) apply in respect of any bookings placed using a Discount Code.
2. By confirming your order using the Discount Code, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
3. Each Discount Code can only be used online at Keithprowse.co.uk/queens-club/lta-championships-at-queens-club-wta500 to purchase a single specific product (qualifying item), as detailed in the specific promotional communication. Discount Codes are not redeemable offline.
4. How to redeem a Discount Code: Add the qualifying product to your basket. At the basket page, enter the Discount Code in the field labelled VOUCHER CODE and click Apply. You must already have the qualifying product in your basket for the Discount Code to apply to the booking. You may not re-apply the Discount Code to any further amendments to the basket (see point 6). Complete the check-out process – payment will be taken for the value of the booking minus the discount. Please note that the Your Events tab of My Account will show the total price EXCLUDING discount. To view the discounted price paid, please check your invoice or the Payment History tab in My Account.
5. Only 1 Discount Code can be redeemed against a single booking.
6. The Discount Code is limited to 1 qualifying product on any booking - any number of places booked for Love Fifteen, Club Lounge at The President's Room at the LTA Championships at Queen's Club - WTA500.
7. The Discount Code cannot be redeemed against optional extras, for example, parking or child places.
8. The Discount Code can only be used once per customer, unless clearly stated.
9. The Discount Code may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts or offers.
10. The Discount Code may be used by the specific marketed recipient only. Every recipient of a Discount Code cannot publicly share details of the Discount Voucher, nor promote it. Keith Prowse reserve the right to cancel bookings if they believe the Discount Code has been misused.
11. This Discount Code must be redeemed against a booking completed between 00:001 and 23:59 on 14 November 2024.
12. The Discount Code is valid subject to available stock.
13. The Discount Code has no face value and is non-transferrable.
14. Keith Prowse reserves the right to modify the terms of any Discount Code, or withdraw any Discount Code, at any time.
