Tickets

If you are due to receive digital tickets via the Twickenham Stadium app, please ensure that in advance of receiving the tickets you download the app onto your smartphone and register using the mobile number provided to us on your booking. To download the app please visit the Twickenham App for iPhone or Google Play Store for Android.

It is vital that you have read and understand the following points:
• You must transfer your tickets to each person who will be attending the match, anyone trying to use multiple mobile tickets on the same device will not be permitted to enter the stadium
• if you have purchased parking, this will appear as a secondary ticket option, which may appear at a slightly different time to your match ticket. Please ensure the driver is in receipt of this ticket as it will need to be shown on arrival to the car park

Covid requirements

As part of our efforts to make the match experience as safe as possible, spectators, event staff and media over the age of 18 – unless exempt – will be required to hold a valid NHS COVID Pass to enter Twickenham Stadium providing proof of:
 
• Full vaccination with two doses of a vaccine used in the UK or
• Negative Lateral Flow / PCR test within 48 hours of the event or
• Natural immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19 within 180 days of the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period.
 
Checks will be in operation at the stadium with dedicated stewards checking spectators and staff prior to entry. Please have your NHS COVID Pass ready should you be requested to show this.
